Even in a heavily digitizing world, traditional techniques like stop-motion are also making a comeback as animation continues to drive creative collaborations and innovation across multiple sectors.

Aspect Magazine brings insight and appreciation of the world of animation to larger diverse audiences through emphasizing and highlighting the vast impact animation has across industries, innovation and mainstream culture, with or without public recognition. With a unique inclination toward showcasing collaborations and innovations within the field, Aspect is the first cross-cultural, eclectic and comprehensive animation magazine of its kind.

ASPECT reimagines the idea of an animation aspect ratio through reimagining what art direction for print editorial can be. With a focus on acknowledging animation’s widespread influence into mainstream aspects of pop culture, fashion and beauty, each cover features a new revolution in the cross-communicative and eclectic worlds of animation and culture.
Art direction throughout the publication focuses on representing specific animation elements from the highlighted feature story, and using multimedia techniques to create a collage-like and eclectic approach to image treatment.
